We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Telecaller

to make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, and provide product or service information to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Resolve customer issues or escalate calls to the appropriate department when needed. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism. Maintain call logs, customer records, and updated databases. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred. Excellent

verbal communication skills

. Strong listening skills and patience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?23,917.56 per month
