Job Role

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database.

Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Convince and convert leads into sales or appointments.

Follow up with interested customers to complete the sales process.

Maintain daily call records, follow-up details, and customer information.

Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude during every interaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (Malayalam required; English/Hindi is an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
