Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to manage both outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling, customer support or telesales.
- Strong verbal communication in Malayalam.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- ?Computer knowledge and MS Office knowledge.
Organized, multitasking and willing to learn.
