Role Overview
We are seeking a
female Telecaller
with strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence. The role involves introducing our services to potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales team with basic coordination.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and effectively present Colorcode's services
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call and communication records
Schedule meetings, share company information, and gather client requirements
Maintain a polite, professional tone in every interaction
Assist the sales team with coordination and communication support
Handle WhatsApp and email inquiries when required
Required Skills
Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken language is mandatory)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident and clear phone presence
Basic understanding of design/website services (training will be provided)
Consistent and professional follow-up ability
Qualifications
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
Salary
10% profit share on every project you bring in.
This is a performance-based earning structure.
