Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Report daily call performance to the team leader/manager.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM or calling software.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service is an added advantage.
