As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and provide information about our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Promote products/services to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer details using CRM software.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Female Candidates Preferred
Good listening skills and the ability to comprehend customer needs.
Basic computer knowledge.
Own laptop would be a plus.
