Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
Handle inbound enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide clear information about Japanese language courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain follow-up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Update and manage student enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions team for scheduling counseling sessions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive communication.
