Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Service Executive proficient in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel inquiries, promote our travel services, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers across North and South India.
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam, based on the customer's language preference.
Promote and explain travel-related products and services such as holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel deals, and visa assistance.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and consistent follow-ups.
Accurately record and update customer information and booking details in CRM software.
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Travel & Tourism or a related discipline).
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers with strong language proficiency may also apply).
Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam is mandatory.
Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
Customer-oriented, polite, and confident communication style.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve performance goals.
