Key Responsibilities



Make Outbound Calls:

Initiate calls to prospective and existing customers using provided contact lists and scripts.

Handle Inbound Queries:

Professionally answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with clarity and patience.

Product Promotion:

Clearly and enthusiastically explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and secure sales appointments or direct sales.

Lead Management:

Qualify leads, follow up on warm prospects, and ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship:

Maintain positive and professional customer relationships, even when handling rejection (it happens, dust yourself off!).

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role is a plus, but excellent communicators are always welcome.

Communication Mastery:

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in malayalam. The ability to speak clearly and convincingly is a must.

Persuasion & Negotiation:

Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Resilience:

Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
