Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.

Maintain records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads to achieve sales or service goals.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Report customer feedback and issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (as applicable).

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.

Time management and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
