+ Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain available courses, admission procedures, and benefits of the institution.
+ Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls and provide accurate and timely information.
+ Counsel students on course selection based on their interests, career goals, and eligibility.
+ Maintain and update the database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM/records system.
+ Provide excellent customer service to enhance the reputation of the institution.
Essential Skillset/s:
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, or in a similar role (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).
