Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from customers across different regions (North & South India).
Communicate effectively in
English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam
based on customer preference.
Promote and explain travel products -- including holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel deals, and visa services.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through timely follow-ups and persuasive communication.
Maintain and update customer details and booking information in CRM software.
Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Travel & Tourism or related field).
1-3 years of experience in
telecalling, customer service, or sales
(freshers with strong language skills may apply).
Excellent communication and listening skills in
English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam
.
Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM tools).
Customer-focused, polite, and confident personality.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
