Responsibilities:
oMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services
.o Handle inbound queries and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Maintain daily call records and follow up on leads.
Support marketing and sales teams in achieving targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
