Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven

Telecaller

to join our team onsite. The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services. Answer incoming customer calls to address queries or provide information. Maintain a record of calls and customer details using company tools/systems. Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions to improve processes. Address customer grievances with a problem-solving approach.

Skills Required

:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable]. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle customer rejections calmly and professionally. Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and basic CRM software. Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office and email).
