We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
Maintain call logs, update the CRM, and manage customer databases.
Handle inbound inquiries, resolve basic customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Follow up consistently to ensure lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
Provide feedback from customers to improve marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: +2 / Degree.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Immediate joiners preferred.
