Job Description

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients .

2. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities.

3. Maintain and update lead information in CRM/ERP systems.

4. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/consulting team.

5. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

6. Research markets and industries to identify potential prospects.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

8. Provide feedback from prospects to improve product positioning.

Required Skillset:



1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam/Kannada preferred).

2. Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage.

3. Basic understanding of IT/software solutions or ERP systems is a plus.

4. Ability to engage decision-makers over the phone and build relationships.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

2. Good listening and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

4. Positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets.

Education Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
