Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, promotions, and support.
Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory) and basic English communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and positivity.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
