Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales developmentexecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Explain products/services, address customer queries, and generate interest.

Maintain customer records, update databases, and track lead status.

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Provide excellent customer experience and maintain positive relationships.

Share feedback and insights from customer interactions with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in [English / Local language as applicable].

Proven sales ability with persuasive and negotiation skills.

High level of confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.

Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
