The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential candidates/clients, providing information about services, and generating leads for the company. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to build relationships and meet recruitment/business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates/clients to explain services and opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update candidate/client databases.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team to schedule interviews and meetings.
Qualifications
Minimum +2/Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
