We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telecaller
to join our educational institution's admission and outreach team. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with potential students and parents, providing information about our courses and programs, and supporting the admission process through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain available courses, admission procedures, and benefits of the institution.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls and provide accurate and timely information.
Counsel students on course selection based on their interests, career goals, and eligibility.
Maintain and update the database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM/records system.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the reputation of the institution.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Plus Two (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience : 6 months - 1 year of experience
Proven experience as a Telecaller, or in a similar role (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
