Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain Futura Labs' courses, services, and offerings. Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide candidates through the enrollment process. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system. Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversions. Coordinate with the admissions/marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Skills Required:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Graduate. Strong communication and convincing skills in English & Malayalam. Ability to handle student/client queries in a professional manner. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
