We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller with prior experience in the interior design industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our interior design services, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding interior design services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, database management, and follow-ups.
Explain company services, design solutions, and offerings clearly to prospective customers.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to handle client queries effectively.
Schedule appointments and forward hot leads to the sales/design team.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with detailed call records and follow-up status.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Build positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tele Caller/Tele Sales Executive (preferably in the Interior/Construction/Real Estate industry).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently explain services and handle client objections.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
