Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident

female telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales/operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services. 2. Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally. 3. Maintain call records and update the CRM. 4. Assist in achieving daily/weekly call targets. #

Requirements:

1. Female candidates only. 2. Fresher/0-1 year experience can apply. 3. Good communication skills in [languages - e.g., English, Malayalam]. 4. Basic computer knowledge preferred. 5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
