Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting our sales process.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote software products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information. Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive / Inside Sales preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages is a plus). Basic knowledge of software/IT products is an advantage. Ability to handle rejections positively and work towards sales targets. Strong listening and persuasion skills.
