We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with potential leads and existing customers.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as needed].
Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections positively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role preferred (freshers can also apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
