About the Role



As a Telecaller at Vidhyan International Consultancy, your main role is to communicate with prospective students and clients over the phone to promote the company's services--such as admissions support, exam coaching, visa assistance, and documentation. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain offerings clearly, generate leads, follow up regularly, and guide clients through their options. Your work helps connect students and professionals to the right educational or career opportunities, while supporting the company's growth through excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities



? Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients.

? Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services.

? Generate leads and follow up consistently to convert them into admissions or service sign-ups.

? Explain services such as admissions, visa assistance, exam coaching, and documentation clearly.

? Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM or system.

? Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the company.

? Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, documentation, coaching) to ensure smooth client handling.

? Stay updated on all services, admission timelines, exam formats, and documentation procedures.

? Suggest suitable services to clients based on their needs and goals.

? Communicate confidently in languages preferred by clients (e.g., English, Malayalam, Hindi, etc.).

? Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic concerns or redirect complex queries.

Compensation & Benefits



? Salary Range: ₹1,80,000 - ?3,00,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
