Seclob Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build a career in the sales and customer support industry.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions Explain products or services effectively and handle customer queries Maintain proper documentation and call records Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications:

Excellent English speaking and writing skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle objections and provide solutions Computer literacy and basic MS Office knowledge preferred Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory - freshers are encouraged to apply
