? Job Responsibilities:

? ?Make outbound calls to potential job seekers



? ?Explain job roles and screen candidates based on client requirements



? ?Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates



? ?Maintain proper records of daily calls and outcomes



? Requirements:

? ?Prior telecalling experience (preferably in HR/recruitment/sales)



? ?Confident, fluent in Malayalam and/or English



? ?Good convincing and interpersonal skills



? ?Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)



? ?Self-motivated and target-oriented
