We are seeking a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

handling both incoming and outgoing calls

, providing accurate product/service information, communicating effectively with potential customers, and focusing on

lead conversion

.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, converting inquiries into business opportunities, and representing the company professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming customer calls

and respond to inquiries in a professional and helpful manner. Make

outbound calls

to leads, prospects, or existing clients to promote products/services. Provide detailed and accurate information about products or services. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover and customer experience.

Focus on converting leads into appointments, demos, or direct sales

.

Maintain records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [

Malayalam, English, Hindi

]. Confident, polite, and clear speaking tone. Patience and Convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
