Telecaller - Education Consultancy

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective students, understand their educational aspirations, and sort them based on their specific needs and interests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. This is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact for our company, setting the tone for a positive and supportive experience for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to a database of prospective students who have shown interest in our services. Engage in friendly and professional conversations to understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferred fields of study. Gather and record essential information from students, including their needs, preferences, and challenges. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Edumentr's services, highlighting how we can assist them in their educational journey. Sort and categorize students based on their requirements (e.g., domestic vs. abroad, undergraduate vs. postgraduate, specific courses, etc.). Schedule appointments or warm transfers for qualified leads to our experienced education counselors. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system. Follow up with students as necessary to ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of the consultation process. Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and a consistent student experience. Provide feedback to the management team on student inquiries and common trends to improve our outreach strategies.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for education and excellent communication skills. Proven experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions to uncover students' needs. A clear and pleasant speaking voice with a professional telephone manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students.
