A Telecaller for automobile sales is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote vehicles, schedule showroom visits, and follow up on leads. The role involves explaining product features, pricing, and offers, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a basic understanding of automotive products, and the ability to meet sales targets. Prior experience in telesales or the automobile industry is an added advantage.
