Telecaller (Online Sales Conversion) - Work from Home Opportunity

Location Preference: Candidates from Trivandrum preferred

Job Type: Online (Remote)

Compensation: Commission-based for the first 3 months - ?2000 per confirmed conversion

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for connecting with people and turning leads into clients?

We are looking for dynamic, self-driven Telecallers to handle leads generated through our online advertisements and convert them into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads generated from digital campaigns
Engage with prospective clients professionally and confidently
Understand client needs and explain the benefits of our services effectively
Follow up consistently and maintain a relationship with leads
Develop conversion strategies and work closely with the management to implement them
Maintain call logs and update lead status regularly
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English

Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
Ability to handle all types of clients--calm, firm, and friendly
Strategic thinker who can collaborate with the team for better conversion outcomes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Residents in or around Trivandrumpreferred (but not mandatory)
Remuneration:

Commission-based: ?2000 per confirmed client for the first 3 months
