A Chennai based educational institution requires candidates for the branch in Thrissur.
Position: Telecaller
experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in the educational or insurance industries.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Follow a script to provide information and answer customer inquiries
- Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the sales team
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers over the phone
- Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and any other required languages)
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
