Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Provide information about courses, programs, and admission requirements.

Answer student inquiries and address concerns.

Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances.

Keeping a record of all calls and notes of useful information
