Job Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information about the three-month course, including curriculum, benefits, and enrollment process.
Address queries and concerns, guiding potential students in making informed decisions.
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure enrollment and course completion.
Maintain and update the database of leads and follow-up records.
Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Handle inbound calls and assist with general inquiries.
Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
