Key Responsibilities:

? Generating Leads and Closing Sales: Tele callers are often tasked with identifying potential customers and converting them into paying clients through phone conversations.
? Providing Customer Support: They handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance to customers over the phone.
? Building Relationships: Tele callers play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential customers.
? Gathering Feedback: They may also collect customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
? Documentation: They may be required to create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on tele calling conversations.

Skills Required:

? Excellent Communication Skills English, Kannada
? Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential for effective tele calling.
