Role Overview:
Elevate Academy is seeking an energetic, part-time sales executive to focus solely on driving new student admissions. This role offers flexible, afternoon/evening hours and a clear, performance-based earning structure.

Key Responsibilities (100% Sales Focus):
Sales Conversion:
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads.
Admissions:
Counsel and persuade parents/students to enroll in our courses and secure the admission payment.
Reporting:
Track all sales activities and progress using a shared Google Sheet.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, tele-calling, or any target-based role is preferred.
Excellent persuasion skills and clear verbal communication in English/Hindi/Marathi.
