We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated

female Telecallers

to join our team at our Kadavanthra, Ernakulam office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products or services in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain customer records and update databases. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English preferred). Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle customer calls confidently and professionally. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
