Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products or services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer calls confidently and professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
