Visitor Calling & Promotion

Make outbound calls to targeted visitor databases to promote upcoming exhibitions and generate visitor registrations.

Event Information Sharing

Clearly explain exhibition details such as dates, venue, timings, sectors, and key highlights to potential visitors.

Visitor Verifications

Identify and qualify relevant visitors based on industry profile, designation and interest level.

Registration Conversion

Convince prospects to pre-register for the exhibition and guide them through online or assisted registration.

Data Accuracy

Update call status, remarks, interest level, and visitor details accurately in Excel

Follow-up & Reminder Calls

Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp/email reminders to maximize actual visitor walk-ins.

Daily Calling Targets

Achieve assigned daily call volumes, connection rates, and registration targets as defined by the manager.

Handling Objections & Queries

Professionally handle visitor objections, FAQs, and basic queries related to the exhibition.

Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily call reports, feedback summaries, and coordinate with data and marketing teams.

Professional Communication & Compliance

Maintain polite, professional communication and follow data privacy, calling etiquette, and company guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
