at Arth Ayurveda World, you will be the first point of connection between the hospital and its patients. Your role is to engage with leads, explain our Ayurvedic treatments and wellness services, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless communication experience. You will represent the voice of the brand with warmth, professionalism, and care, helping patients take their first step toward holistic healing.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Follow-ups
Call and follow up with prospective leads generated through online and offline campaigns.
Explain hospital services, treatments, offers, and consultation details clearly and accurately.
Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and therapies.
Maintain a database of inquiries, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Regularly follow up on missed appointments or pending leads to maximize conversion.
Customer Communication & Support
Greet and communicate politely with patients over phone and WhatsApp.
Address queries and concerns professionally and route specific cases to doctors or front office when required.
Share hospital location, timings, offers, and event updates with accuracy.
Handle feedback calls and collect patient satisfaction responses after consultation or therapy.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the front office, doctors, and marketing team for appointment scheduling and patient updates.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads converted, and follow-ups done.
Support marketing campaigns by calling existing patients for re-engagement and promotions.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication skills in
English and Kannada
(Hindi or other South Indian languages preferred).
Clear and pleasant voice with strong persuasion and listening skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
Good understanding of Ayurvedic services or willingness to learn.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling large call volumes efficiently.
