We are looking for a persuasive and customer-oriented Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain client relationships. The role involves promoting company products/services, following up with potential customers, and achieving call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain call quality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and regional languages (as required).
Ability to handle rejections and work towards targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
