Act as the primary point of contact for all driver-related queries, concerns, and escalations.
Track driver retention, absenteeism, and attrition data and implement improvement plans.
Ensure drivers adhere to safety and service quality standards.
Maintain a strong relationship with drivers to create a positive work environment.
1-3 years of experience in driver management, transport operations, or a related field.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle on-ground operational challenges.
