Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate project details.

Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Maintain follow-up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Update and manage lead database (CRM).

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall sales conversions.

Key Requirements



Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling (real estate preferred).

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).

Ability to handle client queries with a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
