Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services. Handle incoming calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and call records. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings or follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages. Strong listening and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Work Environment:

Office-based role with fixed working hours. Training and scripts will be provided. Opportunity for growth into sales or business development roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
