We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Telecaller with 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about properties, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, including leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and database contacts.
Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about available properties, including pricing, features, and location details.
Lead Generation:
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings or meetings with sales agents.
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication between clients and agents, assisting in closing sales.
Database Management:
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information and lead status.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of language and the ability to engage clients effectively.
Sales Skills:
Strong ability to persuade and negotiate, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and terminologies.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English, Hindi
Professionalism:
Well-groomed, polite, and able to represent the company in a professional manner.
Team Player:
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with sales agents and management.
