Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain the company's products or services (e.g., insurance, loans, credit cards, etc.).
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or references.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls made, conversions, etc.).
Coordinate with sales teams for field follow-ups, if required.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and/or regional languages).
Persuasive and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage).
Patience and confidence while handling rejections.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
10th / 12th Pass, Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
0 to 2 years (Freshers often welcome).
Age Limit:
18-35 years (may vary by company).
Preferred if the candidate has sales or customer service experience.
Work Location:
Office-based (call center) or hybrid in some cases.
Usually fixed shifts; some roles may have rotational or extended hours.
Salary & Incentives:
