Job Description

We are looking for a

motivated and confident Telecaller

to join our Sales & Marketing team. The primary responsibility will be to

generate leads, make outbound calls, explain products/services, and convert prospects into customers

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive tone, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound sales calls

to potential customers from provided databases. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

Generate and qualify leads

for the sales team. Follow up with existing customers for

repeat sales and feedback

. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly

call targets and conversion goals

. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and closure. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
