Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain customer records and update call details in CRM or Excel.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow call scripts and comply with internal processes and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite, and good at convincing or explaining.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Experience in any Industry.
