Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to/from customers.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Maintain call records and update data in Excel.
Follow up with customers for inquiries or payments.
Support senior staff in lead generation and reporting.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (Gujarati preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
