Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads generated through online & offline channels.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and admission process clearly to students/parents.
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records in CRM/register.
Convert leads into admissions by providing proper guidance and support.
Handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and offer correct information about all training programs.
Schedule counselling sessions and follow up until enrollment confirmation.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.
Work closely with the admissions team for smooth enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (Preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English added advantage).
Confident, polite, and good at convincing & counselling.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to handle pressure and meet admission targets.
Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or education sector is an added advantage.
